Terry Amick ---"I have also taken action to support my position by filing a petition with circuit court to determine who has the right to dispose of publicly owned assets -- the board of works or the people's representatives (city council).  I will also continue to oppose the Liberty Green Plant"

Clara Adkins ---"I will support a biomass plant being built in a suitable location.  I do not support the biomass plant being built in the proposed location."

Mark Hays---"As an elected official, it is our responsibility to study, investigate, and research any endeavor to its fullest.  We must be able to substantiate the impace of this endeavor not only for the short term, but for generations to come."

Eric Gillespie---"I think there are too many negatives associated with the biomass plant.  I've never really heard a good definition of biomass.  The water usage and sewer usage are also troubling."

Mike Zollman---"I tend to think of myself as an environmentalist, as I recycle, conserve water and electricity when possible, hate trash anywhere in public, and am really against burning anything!  I have lobbied agaist several zoning changes in the county over the years, and believe industry should be in Industrial parks set aside for such purposes away from residences."
